There’s a brand new update for Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days, the shelter survival game set in a zombie-infested Texas from PikPok. New endings, NPCs, locations and more in this major update!

If a zombie doesn’t get you, the poison will…

Plans change, and in Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days, there’s now a new plan for players to execute as they look to escape Texas – and zombies! That’s right, the newest major update for the hit Early Access title is bringing with it devastating new endings, more loved and maybe some hated NPCs, a recruitable survivor to help fend off the undead and a new district with all new locations for survivors to explore (and possibly die in).

The year is 1980 and Texas is overrun by zombies looking to tear off the flesh of anyone who comes near. So far, developers PikPok have bought guns, curveballs, difficulty settings, and infection mechanics to their beloved survival title but today marks their largest update yet: Spill Zone.

This new zone sees players explore Distillation Towers, a CDC Camp and the ominously named Pit as they look for ways to escape alive. Together with new allies, they’ll face not just zombies but the billowing and deadly poisonous gas that threatens to consume those who breathe in its noxious fumes.

A deadly new threat calls for an incredible new escape plan and that’s exactly what PikPok have in store for their intrepid survivors, assuming they make it that far.

Spill Zone is out now!
